- Note: Gypsophilas are pretty while fresh and equally as charming even after they've dried up. When properly dried, the blooms will shrink a little but the color will be retained. As a dried bouquet, these flowers can last for several months with proper care. In order for your gypsophila arrangement to dry properly, it is best to keep/display in an area with low humidity and with good airflow.
