- Flowers and fillers, especially fresh ones, are subject to availability.
- Substitution may occur due to season or other instances beyond our control (eg: delay in shipment of stocks or unavailability from our partner farms)
- We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and/or color without prior notice.
- Rush orders may be accommodated but will depend on available stocks for the day.

- Add ons such as cakes or pastries are only allowed if placed with at least 1 flower arrangement. Otherwise, the order will automatically be cancelled.
- Prices are in Philippine Peso and are subject to change without prior notice.
Fiora Manila ® takes the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our website. We do not sell nor share any personal information gathered. For documentation purposes and for us to process orders we need to obtain certain information such as your full name, shipping and billing address, as well as phone number, and email address.
SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFO
- Delivery is free within Metro Manila and within some areas in Rizal (eg: Taytay, Cainta, Antipolo)
- Some provincial addresses within Luzon may be accommodated (eg: San Mateo, Tanay, Laguna, Cavite, Tagaytay, Batangas, Bulacan) but with corresponding charges. Kindly inquire with us first so we can check the rates.
- Delivery hours are usually from 9am to 6pm via our third party partner couriers. Should you wish for an earlier or later time, do let us know so we can check if request can be accommodated.
- Please ENSURE that a recipient will be present at the delivery date and address specified. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allotted per drop off.
Beyond that, waiting time charges will be applied depending on the length of time the driver will have to wait before someone receives the delivery.
- In the instance of us not being able to execute delivery due to missing information, incomplete address, order being refused by recipient, or nobody available at the address, client will have to shoulder transport cost of returning the product to our shop plus cost for re-delivery which will be computed depending on the address.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS:
- We may grant a specific delivery time on regular days. But note that we are not accountable for delays or non-delivery due to any fortuitous event or other reasons beyond our control.
- During peak season such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas Season, please understand that we will not be able to commit a specific delivery time due to unpredictable traffic as well as due to the multi-drop route followed by our partner drivers.
- We accept payments via BDO or BPI bank transfer or online transfer; as well as GCASH.
- We also accept Paypal or credit card payment via Paypal but there is just a 5% surcharge/convenience fee for this option.
- COD is not accepted.
- We require the full payment to be settled within 24 hours upon placing an order. Otherwise, the order will automatically be cancelled.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- All our arrangements are personalized and made to order. We also do not stock up on a lot of flowers to minimize wastage. When an order has been confirmed, cancellation nor refund will not be allowed once we’ve already purchased the stock needed for your order, and most especially when we’ve already finished arranging the flowers or when it has already been delivered.
- In the case of our shop not being able to process your order due to unforeseen circumstances, then we will issue a refund.
- If you have any changes or would like to upgrade your order, please let us know at least 2 days before the delivery date so we can confirm if the changes are still possible and if there will be additional charges.
